The Harvey Mudd Astronomy Program  consists mainly of six core courses which are taught by both Harvey Mudd College and Pomona College professors.  These courses are: Introduction to Astrophysics, Observational Astronomy, Star Formation and the Interstellar Medium, Cosmology and Extragalactic Astrophysics, High Energy Astrophysics, and Stellar Structure and Evolution.  The  other important aspect of the program is research using a variety of telescopes around the world.
