Adam Edwards Joins Physics DepartmentExperimental high-energy physicist Adam Edwards will join the Harvey Mudd College Department of Physics starting in the summer of 2008. Prof. Edwards is currently a post-doctoral teaching fellow at Pomona College, where in addition to teaching first-year physics he continues his research as part of the BABAR collaboration at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center. Since accepting our offer, Adam has been an active member of the department, attending our weekly Tuesday lunch meetings—which seems way above and beyond the call of duty! |
| Besides moving on to excellent graduate programs and permanent jobs, our students win a variety of awards both within in the College and at the national level.
