Astronomy 62 Homework - Spring 2000

I anticipate that most homework assignments will come from the course text and it will therefore be straightforward to post assignments on this page. Problems with names will be handed out in class.

Assignments will be due at the beginning of the class period on the due date. I will generally not collect the homework until the end of class in case there are questions about the problems. Unless you speak with me ahead of the due date, late homework depreciates in point value (not necessarily in pedagogic value) at the rate of 20% per day. Please, begin homework several days in advance of the due date. Each problem is worth 5 points unless otherwise noted.
